Public demand for gluten-free food products has steadily increased over the past years, specifically by Canadians with celiac disease, and those with food sensitivities whom need to make safe and informed food choices. Stawnichy’s was up to the task to meet this demand and still continue to follow the recipe Woytko Stawnichy founded the business on back in 1964.

“We took a little longer to get this out to the public because we wanted to make sure it matched the same taste and quality of our original sausages. And we can proudly say that it does, including double-smoking it for extra smoky flavouring.”
In addition to its sausage, Stawnichy’s is also experimenting with other food products to provide more gluten-free options for its customers, while still keeping its high quality of standards for making food that tastes great.
