The Best Caesar Recipe

Did you know that Canada has a “National Drink”?

In fact… the Caesar became Canada’s national drink when Parliament made it official in 2010.

It’s important to not get the two mixed up but a Caesar is not a Bloody Mary, as the addition of clamato juice instead of tomato juice is the difference between the two drinks.  The basic Caesar includes vodka, celery salt, hot sauce, ground pepper, Clamato, Eau Claire Caesar with Stawnichy's Steak Strips, Pepperoni, and Garlic SausageWorcestershire sauce, celery stalk, and a lime wedge. Today bars and restaurants have taken to social media to share their crazy take of a Caesar by eliminating the simple garnish and replacing it with full meals in some.  There are many ways to make gourmet Caesars, by changing the type of alcohol used, adding meat garnishes and utilizing different types of hot sauces and salts to augment the taste.

Stawnichy’s has teamed up with Eau Claire Distillery to provide you with a recipe that will fix all your Caesar cravings. Whether your preference is for a basic Caesar or the fully-loaded version, mix one up and enjoy!
